The project involved the conversion of an existing Grade II Listed Windmill and former golf club into a private dental practice.

The ground floor had been changed into a private and exclusive dental facility with a bespoke entrance and interior scheme to compliment the two new dental surgeries.

The interior designers, HL interiors worked closely with the client to create a clean environment making use of quality materials to represent his vision of the dental practice.

Listed and Planning consent was gained through close liaison and consultation with Newcastle City Council.
