Walton Hall is a grade 2 listed counrty manor house originally designed by the celebrated Victorian architect Sir George Gilbert Scott sitting in 65 acres of English countryside. The hall had been significantly extended and altered to provide time share apartments in the 1980's.
A major phased redevelopment was underataken requiring alterations to the original listed building restoring and retaining original features to provide 37 premium rooms/suites, 7 executive meeting rooms, bar and 2 restaurants. A further 19 coach house rooms and a courtyard function suite to seat 180 were added. The time share apartments were completely remodelled to provide a further 130 ensuite bedrooms for conference delegates.
A two storey conference facility was carefully added retaining a listed garden wall to provide delegate reception, bar, restaurant, orangery, roof terrace and 12 conference rooms of varying size overlooking a formal herb garden.
