The design of the headquarters was developed from a thorough understanding of the ethos of the company. 

Externally the building presents a strongly statement.  Simple rectilinear massing and glazing represents the efficiency and commercial strength of the company.

The central atrium forms the heart of the design.  All the open plan offices, staff dining areas, training and reception spaces focus to this large central space that penetrates the full height of the building.  This produces a sense of total involvement for everyone using the building. The atrium is used as a meeting space, reception, staff dining area and an exhibition space.

On the upper floors the open plan offices all look into the central atrium and, through the curved external wall to the west, onto the staff dining terrace and the countryside beyond.
